101 Ways to Feel Better Today

I’m feeling inspired to change things up a bit here. Every day I look around and realize how fortunate I am, and I often think of all the little things I do to feel amazing all of the time. Some of them are obvious and some of them I discovered after a great deal of trial and error. I think a lot of them will work for others, so I am going to share them.

Let’s start with #1 on the list – Gratitude

This will take five minutes to do, and can even be done while you have your shower or are making the coffee. Fit it into your life and do it every day, and it will instantly make you feel better. It’s too easy not to try!
